Yardi Product Manager

Lead Yardi product development, manage backlog, coordinate stakeholders, ensure releases.

Tasks

-Partner on field training activities where needed -Orchestrate product review sessions with stakeholders; gracefully accept feedback and maintain flexibility as product requirements and priorities evolve -Drive a cross-functional software development team to deliver on technology commitments -Generate release and knowledge base documentation -Partner with software engineers to gain a high-level understanding of the technology integrations that enable the product capabilities within their domain -Establish and constantly foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and direct communication around short-term product efforts -Partner with product designers in the creation of user-interface artifacts -Partner with internal stakeholders to establish good working knowledge of the operational processes in the IH landscape that may be impacted with each new product development effort -Constantly prioritize user stories; balance feature development, defects, and tech debt according to company priorities -Serve as a resource for the production support team to investigate and resolve product defects -Build and continually maintain a 4-6 week sprint backlog that supports the digital product roadmap, preparing user stories and bugs with appropriate requirements and acceptance criteria for the engineering and testing teams -Perform user acceptance testing for completed stories and bugs

What You Bring

-4+ years of experience in a product management role -Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience -Good written and oral communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively -Experience in real estate, travel, or retail preferred -Good business and technical acumen -Experience with Agile/Scrum software delivery -Ability to communicate complex information in simple terms to a wide variety of audiences -Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred -Experience with Yardi required
