-Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and insurers -Use industry-standard estimating systems (e.g., Audatex) -Ensure all work is carried out to high standards and complies with relevant guidelines -Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to produce accurate repair estimates -Support the workshop team to ensure efficient repairs

What You Bring

-Excellent attention to detail and communication skills -ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential) -Strong knowledge of estimating systems (Audatex preferred) -Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
