Tasks

-Support to Procurement Management and Quality Management on reporting and general duties. -Processing Non-Disclosure Agreements. -Create and issue small dollar, best commercial goods purchase orders, including Punch out and Pcard. -Material control administrator supporting Procurement Engineering. -Invoicing and Accounts Payable activities interfacing with Finance and Shared Services (AP). -Custodian of Proposal submission inbox.

What You Bring

-Ability to take directions from Management and critical stakeholders. -Supplier Documentation registration in Document Management System. -Experience with administration duties in a Procurement environment an asset. -Exceptional time management required. -Post-Secondary or equivalent work experience or transferrable skills. -Must be a professional team player, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment with collegues. -Ability to work in a fast pace, project environment, supporting multiple customers, including repetitive tasks. -Administrative Experience in a busy office environment. -Proficient in database entry, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. -Ability to be challenged to learn new tasks in short timeframes. -Ability to work independently and maintain the influx of procurement requests, while maintaining project timelines and deadlines.
