-OSHA-certified with a strong safety-first mindset -Willingness to travel frequently and be away for stretches of time (home base location flexible) -5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent -Solving jobsite issues as they arise—creatively, independently, and effectively -Experience on complex or secure sites (military, government, hospital, high-rise) -Strong organizational and leadership skills -Mastery of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, coatings, metal, and hot/cold applied systems -Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus -Valid driver’s license & U.S. work eligibility
