Manage and lead interdisciplinary civic design projects in Texas.

Tasks

-Maintaining project documentation control -Working with interdisciplinary technical leads in the coordinated successful execution of projects in design and construction -Acting as a primary point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle -Leading the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget -Working with local and regional business development staff and business line leadership to identify and pursue clients and projects -Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs to minimize risk -Managing sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverables, and performance -Performing risk management to minimize project risks -Reviewing contracts, preparing fee proposals and project execution strategies -Managing and leading all technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using established processes and tools

What You Bring

-Demonstrated leadership in client facing roles. -Strong experience in Autodesk Revit -Motivated and experienced in developing and growing clients and design teams, achieve trusted advisor status. -Demonstrated experience in preparing contract terms, scope of work, fees, and proposals. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture plus eight (8) years of experience in Project Management on Civic & Municipal Sector Projects or related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. -Master’s degree in Architecture -Additional credentialing such as PMP, DBIA, and/or LEED AP -Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplined teams. -10 + years of recent relevant experience in a direct Project Manager / Design Manager role on relevant projects
