Oversee on-site construction of Tennessee Titans stadium, ensuring schedule, budget, quality.

Tasks
-Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort. -Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. -Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project. -May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations. -Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects. -For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.

What You Bring
-Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. -Experience with punch list and closeouts including final inspections, client walkthroughs to ensure smooth project closeout. -This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future. -Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills. -Strong knowledge of construction practices, equipment, methods, cost management, and safety regulations. -Direct construction experience in stadium, sports or arena projects in excess of 100MM. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges. -BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of relevant construction Superintendent experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -The following physical demands represent those typically required of individuals working in construction field roles, with or without accommodation. Construction field positions require physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to climb ladders and stairs, use personnel hoists, and move through various terrain and active construction zones. Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Team members must be capable of using their hands to handle tools and materials, and perform activities such as sitting, standing, walking, speaking, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted may be necessary on an occasional basis. -Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships. -The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, -BS/BA Construction Management. -Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Office Suite, scheduling software). -Experience in the selection and coordination of subcontracted labor in: MEP trades, underground utilities, interior construction, etc. -Experience in documenting and reporting such as accurate daily reports, site logs, inspection records, RFIs, contract modifications, and critical path schedules. -OSHA safety certification (OSHA 30 preferred). -Prior experience in sports/stadium or arena construction.
