Tasks

-Assist with estimates for external maintenance including projected time and materials -Handle in-person/phone inquiries and complaints (including tenant escalation calls) -Identify and onboard potential vendors -Review bills/invoices for completion -Communicate and work with vendors on open work orders -Answer and direct phone calls -Report quality issues

-Strong multitasking and organization skills -Strong problem-solving skills -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Suite -Ability to clearly and calmly communicate with tenants, vendors, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner -Property Management and/or Maintenance Administrative experience is preferred -Ability to provide excellent customer service
