Tasks

-Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process -Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance. -Oversee the management of parks projects in an occupied setting -Manage contractor compliance with documents. -Manage multiple-contractor projects.

What You Bring

-10+ years of successful project management experience -Communication skills to work directly with the client. -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -OSHA 30 Minimum Certification. -Renovation of Parks experience a plus.
