Tasks

-Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards. Mentor and lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff. -Financial Oversight: Approve budgets, cost reports, pay applications, and change orders; monitor project profitability and equipment utilization. -Preconstruction & Planning: Collaborate on bid strategies, schedules, design-assist opportunities, and BIM/virtual tool usage. -Construction & Team Leadership: Establish project objectives, monitor progress, implement corrective actions, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. -Contracts & Risk Management: Review and approve contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; proactively identify and mitigate project risks. -Business Development & Client Relations: Pursue new opportunities, maintain and grow relationships, and represent Choate at networking events and industry organizations.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to lead multiple project teams to successful outcomes. -5–10 years as a Senior Project Manager; 25+ years in construction. -Preferred: BIM knowledge -SureTrak or MS Project (scheduling) -Bluebeam (PDF creation/modification) -Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field. -Preferred: LEED AP certification. -Timberline Estimating software
