Exhibits basic understanding of the practical application of LEED principals to building designs
8+ years of relevant experience in the MEP field
Experience with ASHRAE, BCxA, and/or PECI Cx and RETRO-Cx procedures and protocols, a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or required years of experience, including commissioning of large distribution systems for industrial, datacenter, pharmaceutical processes, or laboratory type facilities.
A minimum of 7 years field experience in hands-on testing, validation and troubleshooting of large Mechanical systems
Exhibits thorough understanding of applicable codes
Possesses basic understanding of proper system selection
