Tasks
-Assist with addressing any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track -Implement and enforce safety protocols, prioritizing a safe work environment for all personnel on the construction site -Assists with all phases of the construction project which includes planning and scheduling, from implementation to close out -Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process -Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds -Develop and maintain project schedules, Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress, ensure quality, site cleanliness, and safety compliance -Prepare and present reports, progress summaries, and other documentation to senior management and clients as required -Assists with coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

What You Bring
-Will have exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances -Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook -Ability to interpret and communicate company policies -Associates degree, or certificate, in Construction Management, preferred -This position is not eligible for sponsorship -Complete Miner Safety Health Administration (MSHA) training within 30-days of employment -Proficiency in project management software and tools preferred -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to construction sites as needed, as well as the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check -Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull -Excellent interpersonal skills -No experience required, previous experience in construction administration preferred -Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and protocols -Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely -Ability to travel up to 100% of the time with overnight stays, both locally and nationally; Temporary relocation may be required for weeks at a time -Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices -Ability to acquire a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Card within 90 days of employment
