Tasks

-Set up dining room tables -Assist cook in the preparation of meals and general kitchen and dining area sanitation -Inspect work areas daily to ensure they are kept well organized and clean including store room, refrigerators, freezers, service areas and dining rooms -Keep service line supplied with dishes, utensils, and food during services times -Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, clean and sanitize tables and service areas -Clean equipment, refrigerators, counter tops, and other food preparation and storage areas

What You Bring

-A food handler's license is preferred -The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances. -Flexible in the way you think and adapting quickly and efficiently to stressful situations -Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures. -The ability to stand for extended periods of time. -Excellent organizational skills. -Strong communication skills. -Basic knife skills -Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for a career in a kitchen
