Oversee property maintenance, manage staff, handle repairs, and ensure resident satisfaction.

Tasks

-Oversee maintenance staff and ensure that performance meets company standards -Communicate with residents and gather valuable insight into the needs of the community with a professional and courteous tone -Assist in the make ready process, inspecting units, and practice and promote safety awareness at all time -Setting priorities and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously -Identifying, reviewing, and obtaining bids on projects in need of supervision from outside contractors -Ensure the workshop, utility room, and mechanical rooms are always clean, orderly, and free of potential hazards -Monitor and maintain all buildings that are assigned while implementing safety standards that comply with company, local, city, state, and federal guideline, delegating work to your assistant and vendors as necessary -Giving and receiving instructions and preparing work orders and reports -Troubleshooting repairs and determining solutions

What You Bring

-Demonstrating familiarity with, and able to use, a variety of hand tools and equipment -Able to sit, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies and stand for extended periods of time -Ability to frequently lift 50-75lbs -You are always reliable and respond within thirty minutes during your designated on-call hours -HVAC and pool certified
