Tasks

You’ll be a key player in managing the commercial success of multiple housing projects — from procurement and cost planning to risk management and reporting. You’ll work closely with design, technical, and construction teams to deliver best value and ensure smooth project delivery. -Managing subcontract procurement and valuations -Managing risks, variations, and final accounts -Building strong relationships with internal teams and subcontractors -Producing CVRs, cashflows, and forecasts

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional homes and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team. -Strong knowledge of JCT and affordable housing contracts -Full UK driving licence -Methodical, organised, and commercially astute -Experience in residential or mixed-tenure development -Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) -Confident using COINS, Excel, and Bluebeam (or similar)
