Tasks

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of municipal regulations, funding mechanisms, and procurement processes. -Familiarity with sustainability and climate resilience in municipal design. -Experience with alternative delivery models (e.g., Design-Build, CMAR, P3). -Licensed AIA or Professional Engineer (PE) designation required. -Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. -Proven track record in business development and client management. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
