Tasks

-Assist sales staff with estimating and proposals -Support maintenance planning and tracking -Perform a variety of filing and scanning -Serve as the first point of contact to visitors and represent the -Coordinate distribution of materials, parts and equipment -Answer incoming phone calls and accurately route calls using -Assist with a variety of computer-related tasks -Estimate and produce document field repair proposals for -Assist Service Technicians with setup, repairs, and manual labor -Assist in estimating and producing documents for service agreement -Assist field technician\'s with materials and equipment pricing and -Process outgoing and incoming mail, FedEx, and freight on a daily
