Attended FAT, SAT for equipment system for verifying the PLC-HMI/SCADA w.r..t to process controls documents. Reviewing wiring diagrams and electronic configuration of PLC automation systems. Reviewing & evaluating vendor’s techno-commercial offers. IO List preparation of platform standard supply projects (Small scale projects). Vendor documents review for system integration. Handled multiple platform projects for IO List preparation and Network Architecture review. -Attended FAT, SAT for equipment system for verifying the PLC-HMI/SCADA w.r..t to process controls documents. -Reviewing wiring diagrams and electronic configuration of PLC automation systems. -Reviewing & evaluating vendor’s techno-commercial offers. -IO List preparation of platform standard supply projects (Small scale projects). -Vendor documents review for system integration. -Handled multiple platform projects for IO List preparation and Network Architecture review.

What You Bring

Should be strong in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering fundamentals. Knowledge in wiring diagrams and electronic configuration of PLC Automation systems. Basic understanding of MCC, VFD fundamentals. Knowledge of design deliverables PLC I/O list, System architecture, control system BOQ on multiple platform standard supply project (Small scale project). Engineering Degree – Instrumentation & Controls/ Electronics Knowledge in Control Narrative-CN, Control Philosophy, Valve Sequence Chart, Operation Sequence Chart-OSC, Control Logic Chart-CLC, Cause & Effect Logic Diagram, Functional Design Specification-FDS etc. for platform Standard supply projects (small scale projects). Understanding of how the PLC logic and HMI/SCADA works. Basic understanding of process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture. Has experience in Troubleshooting and debugging the PLC Logic and HMI/SCADA. Understanding various protocols ETHERNET, CONTROLNET MODBUS TCP/IP PROFIBUS, etc. Able to handle multiple platform standard supply projects (Small Scale Projects) on PLC-HMI/SCADA Programming. Knowledge of FAT, SAT for equipment system for verifying supplied control system components. Understanding of standard programming blocks of water & wastewater treatment equipment like Clarifier, Filters, RO, UF, EDR, EDI, MBR, MBBR etc. Hands on experience in development of PLC, HMI/SCADA for process equipment based on controls documentation for multiple projects ranging from platform standard supply projects (Small scale project) and EP/EP+ Standard/custom specification (Medium scale projects) Minimum 6 years’ Experience in Water, Wastewater, Power, Oil & Gas or related Industry.
