Tasks

-Serve as the main customer point of contact during delivery, maintaining professional and courteous communication. -Participate directly in loading, transportation, delivery, and installation of furniture items. -Ensure every delivery meets the brand’s standards, from product handling to final setup and presentation in the client’s home. -Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation inspections to ensure all items are damage-free and customer satisfaction is achieved. -Report any product or installation issues promptly and assist in documenting incidents or damages. -Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the delivery process, proactively addressing client questions, ensuring satisfaction, and representing the brand with professionalism. -Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies during delivery and installation activities.

What You Bring

-Carpentry Experience is required . -Delivery Experience is required. -Excellent to Fluent English . -High school certificate. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -1-2 years’ industry experience in delivery or installation — preferably in luxury furniture or home décor.
