Tasks
In this position, the successful candidate will help to support day-to-day payroll processing and benefits administration activities, including data entry and auditing, maintaining employee records, administering benefit enrollments and changes, reconciling invoices, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. They will also be the point of contact for any questions from employees and with vendors.

What You Bring
We are currently seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our growing team, supporting our expanding operations across multiple states. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of payroll administration experience, and either benefits administration experience and/or customer service experience and is eager to contribute to a collaborative HR environment that values accuracy, service, and continuous improvement. Prior experience administering payroll through Ceridian Dayforce is a strong preference. This is a hybrid position that offers flexibility to work from home and in-office at either our Peachtree Corners or Cobb County locations. We are seeking a self-motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset. -2+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience, preferably in a multi-state environment -Experience managing payroll processes with Ceridian Dayforce is a strong preference -Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment -Working knowledge of federal and state wage/hour laws, FMLA, COBRA, ACA, and other compliance requirements -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide outstanding employee service and collaborate effectively across departments -CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus -Customer-service approach for answering questions and concerns -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
