The Role

Overview

Interact with patrons, take orders via POS, serve food, and ensure excellent customer service.

Tasks

-Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management. -Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience. -Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests. -Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device. -Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines. -Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner. -As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables. -Welcome patrons as they arrive. -Assemble orders and serve to patrons.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or equivalent -Organized and attentive to detail -The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. -Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays -The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -TEAM certified -0-2 years of relevant experience -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. -Strong verbal communication skills
