-Present company projects and explain ROI, payment plans, and benefits. -Identify potential leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. -Build and maintain long-term client relationships. -Conduct site visits and ensure excellent client experience. -Maintain client data, follow-up schedules, and daily reporting. -Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on market trends. -Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closures. -Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable options. -Self-driven and target-oriented. -Preferred: Experience in Real Estate . -Freshers with excellent communication may also apply. -Minimum: Graduation in any field. -Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory. -Comfortable with fieldwork and site visits.
