Tasks

-Support and train new cleaners -Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms -Fill in during staff shortage -Support Cleaning Manager in completing punch-list items -Train new employees on cleaning procedures and chemicals -Communicate with the team, co-workers, managers, and customers professionally -Use proper personal protective equipment -Build respectful relationships with all teammates and guests -Perform work assignments in a team with other employees -Solve minor cleaning issues -Stocking and inventorying supply closets -Take direction and respond to supervision -Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area -Perform repetitive tasks -Assist Cleaning Manager with day-to-day operations -Sweeping and mopping floors -Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules -Coordinate activities with other internal departments -Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures -Direct special cleaning projects -Participate in team meetings -Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures

-2+ years of commercial janitorial -Willingness to take directions from the Cleaning Supervisor/ Manager -Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus -Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. -Frequently lift up to 25 lbs. -Push/pull and grasp with hands and arms 33-50% -Present a professional appearance and conduct -Understand reporting systems and the environment -Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods -Must be able to stand for extended periods of time -Frequently lift 0-10 pounds -Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills -Understand customer service and satisfaction
