-Inspect formwork installations for dimensional accuracy and safety -Optimize formwork cycles for faster construction -Monitor productivity and implement improvement measures -Ensure compliance with IS 14687 and international formwork standards -Perform structural calculations for formwork loads and safety factors -Document best practices and lessons learned -Train personnel on formwork techniques and safety procedures -Plan formwork logistics and material movement -Coordinate with equipment operators for crane operations -Interface with design consultants on formwork-related queries -Design formwork systems for complex geometries and high-rise structures -Select appropriate formwork materials (aluminum, steel, timber, plastic) -Conduct safety audits of formwork systems -Coordinate with concrete and reinforcement teams -Create detailed formwork drawings and assembly instructions -Manage formwork-related incidents and near-misses -Lead formwork gangs and specialized workers -Develop formwork erection and striking schedules -Evaluate new formwork technologies and systems -Implement cost-saving measures in formwork operations
