Tasks

-Preparation of Incident investigation reports, Lesson Learnt Reports and EHS Alerts. -Lead Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 Standards -To drive Safety Initiatives in the project and ensure compliances to Company & Statutory safety requirements for the site and build a sustainable culture of Safety. -Handle training sessions on EHS related topics. -Preparation of HIRA & Aspect, Impact and Significant Register. -Developing innovative digital solutions -To lead the development and implementation of required environmental, occupational health and safety (EHS) programs and procedures to protect the safety and health of employees, to comply with good environmental practices, and to maintain compliance with applicable local regulations. -Deploying methods and technologies for Risk Assessment and Control.

What You Bring

-Previous experience of working with Digital EHS Database Management and Reporting systems. -Understanding of Legal and other statutory requirements -Understanding of Fire technology, fire prevention methods and fire load calculations -Good Leadership and commitment to implement EHS Standard across the sites. -Willing to travel across the sites and provide inputs to the Top Management based on findings. -Working knowledge on Design Safety. -Quick learner and adoptive to different site conditions. -Understanding of Legal and other requirements related to construction industry. -Understanding of standards relating to EHS including ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018. -Team player and excellent technical knowledge of construction activities. -Previous experience on EHS Sub-Contractor Management Systems. -Experience on IMS Document Preparations as per contractual documents requirements of major National & International clients including Metro clients.
