-Play a leading role in shaping REA’s delivery practices & building delivery capability -Coaching Engineering Managers in delivery practice to guide the continuous improvement in teams’ ways of working -Apply your coaching experience in a highly-collaborative environment -Leading continuous improvement initiatives to address systemic delivery challenges -Building and rolling out enterprise delivery practices, metrics, playbooks & tooling -Participating in the delivery of training, learning & development programs

What You Bring

-Experience coaching teams and leading change in delivery practice, preferably at scale -Proficiency in Agile methods, the Kanban method is a positive but not required -An exceptional communicator who can build relationships with influence
