Submit your resume or reach out directly to learn more. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Direct Hire Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients. This is a fast-paced, performance-oriented position ideal for someone passionate about candidate experience, consultative recruiting, and building long-term talent pipelines. -Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit -Conduct intake calls and develop strong understanding of client hiring needs -Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent and hiring leaders -Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and clients -Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a high-touch approach -Track and manage pipelines, candidate progress, and recruiting metrics in ATS -Source, engage, and attract qualified passive and active talent using multiple channels -Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire positions across various disciplines -Facilitate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and closing strategies

You like autonomy, accountability, and winning as part of a team. -Ability to operate independently, stay organized, and maintain a strong candidate experience -Technology package including laptop, software and more -Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills -Agency / executive search background a plus -High motivation, resilience, and drive to meet goals and deliver results -Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent in competitive markets -1–3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (direct hire or full-cycle strongly preferred) -Experience managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously -Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
