Tasks

-Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. -Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions. -Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. -Collaborates with system administrators and documents results to ensure quality effective decision making. -Provides production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. -Assists with special projects and performs other related duties as directed by supervisor. -Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. -Supports sustainability and efficiency of implemented solutions and associated data governance processes -Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. -Trains clients on new processes/functionality. -Trains new system users. -Work with explosives - N/A -Generates reports/queries, including writing maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. -Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions. -Pushing/Pulling/Reaching - Choose an item.

What You Bring

-Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. -Working knowledge of HR systems and processes required. -Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. -Bachelor’s degree required -Lift/carry over - 10 - 30 LBS -SQL Experience preferred. -Loud noise conditions (above 87dB)- Seldom -Working near or on heavy machinery - Seldom -Minimum 3 years of related HR work experience. -Vision - 20/20 Corrected Vision -Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities. -Advanced experience with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Excel required -Working near or on moving mechanical parts - Seldom -Frequency of working in outdoor weather conditions - Seldom -Business Acumen -HRIS administration/support experience with JDE preferred. -Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals.
