Tasks
-Review and Reporting – Works with full competence to create reports, and review reports created by others, for various audiences as relevant, in a lucid and effective manner, keeping in mind the purpose of reports. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance. -Solutions Analysis: Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents. -Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for carrying out new product trials and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies. -Design and Conceptualization: Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services. -Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. -Operational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate. -Plans and Aligns – Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. For example, outlines clear plans that put actions in a logical sequence; conveys some time frames. Aligns own work with relevant workgroups. Takes some steps to reduce bottlenecks and speed up the work. -Quality Assurance Testing: Select the appropriate complex tests or tests from a specified range and carry out using specialized methods and equipment; validate and interpret test data to verify that specifications are met and/or to identify remedial actions required to ensure conformance or suitability. -Systems and Tools - Quality Assurance – Works with full competence to effectively utilize quality management software, testing tools, and other relevant technologies to identify, track, and resolve defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance. -Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently. -Product and Solution Development: Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. -Analyze Current State/AS-IS State – Works with full competence to understand business context, needs, rules, and architecture, as well as organizational structure, cultures, capabilities, and processes to document the current state of processes and the business. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance. -Applications Software Maintenance: Monitor, identify, and correct more complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software. -Equipment Utilization – Works at an advanced level to ensure the optimum utilization of production plant, equipment and materials. Typically works independently and provides guidance.
