What You Bring

-Understanding of industrial relations considerations. -Able to navigate complexity and guide balanced, risk-informed decisions. -Skilled at unifying teams and embedding consistent safety practices. -Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Experience leading multi-site HSE teams and partnering with operational leaders. Strong coaching ability to shift mindsets from reactive to proactive. -Deep knowledge of OHS/HSE principles and Australian legislation. -Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or Environment (preferred). -Proficiency in incident investigation, assurance programs, and risk methodologies. -Confident, credible, and effective with senior stakeholders. -Leadership & Experience: Extensive HSE leadership in utilities, infrastructure, or similar sectors. Skilled in implementing risk-based systems, assurance programs, and incident management. -Strategic Thinking: Ability to build business cases, use data for decision-making, and challenge constructively when needed.
