The Role

Overview

Manage and optimize iTrent HR system, reporting, ServiceNow, and PageUp.

Tasks

-Lead system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes to support business needs. -Administer our newly implemented ATS and Onboarding Tool, PageUp, including configuration, testing, and implementing changes based on our Day 2 requirements. -Ensure data accuracy, security, and GDPR compliance across all HR systems. -Support system implementation projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support. -Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Business Objects and Power BI. -Administer and configure ServiceNow, supporting HR service delivery and workflow automation. -Serve as the subject matter expert for iTrent, our HR and Payroll system, ensuring system integrity and compliance. -Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver process improvements and automation. -Provide technical support and training to HR teams and end-users.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow administrator, including configuration and workflow design. -Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. -Understanding of HR processes and payroll operations. -Strong expertise in Business Objects and Power BI for complex reporting and analytics. -Proven experience in an HRIS Analyst role within an iTrent environment. -Experience in HR system implementation or upgrade projects is desirable. -Ability to configure iTrent workflows and reporting.
