Tasks
-Ensures crews are working at maximum efficiency during shift hours and leads by example -Completes daily time-sheets and field reports -Prepares schedules for needed personnel, materials, equipment and subcontractors -Provides oversight direction to crews and/or subcontractors -Ensures quality of work performed by crews -Conducts daily JSA to recognize safety hazards associated with the daily tasks and educates crews of hazards -Works with senior foremen and/or superintendents to complete short interval schedules -Inspects incoming materials for quality, accuracy, completeness and contract compliance

What You Bring
-Knowledge of safe construction methods and procedures -Basic ability to construct (build) -Good written and verbal communication skills -5-8 years of experience in chosen construction specialty -Working knowledge of grade checking and understanding of surveying information -First aid/CPR certification -Vocational or construction management training a plus -Understands and enforces company safety policies -Leadership and management abilities -Competent Person training -Prior crew and subcontractor management experience -Understands plans and specifications -Good organizational skills -High school diploma or equivalent -30 Hour OSHA certification
