Service Tech- Commercial Roofing

Overview

Assist on commercial roof repairs, installations, and safety tasks under foreman.

Tasks

-Assisting in loading or carrying miscellaneous roofing materials and equipment -Assist lead technician in identifying and resolving leak sources -Setting up ladders and safety equipment for accessing roof elevations -Installing and repairing various components of flat roof material and flashings

What You Bring

-Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime when needed -Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen -Valid driver’s license preferred -Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required. -Lift 50+ lbs -Must be at least 18 years old -Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles). Knowledge of these systems is helpful but not required. -Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc
