The Role

Overview

Tasks

-Maintain accurate electronic and manual records in line with statutory requirements. -Be the first point of contact for New-build, Resales, and Staircasing enquiries. -Collaborate across departments to support integrated working relationships. -Coordinate documentation to support property setup on internal systems. -Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

-Knowledge and understanding of data protection regulations in a sales environment. -Previous experience in a fast-paced administration / coordinator role. -Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise work and meet agreed time scales. -Desirable: Understanding and experience of property sales in an estate agents/lettings environment. -Good level of knowledge and experience of MS office and CRM database systems. -Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. -Understand and contribute to the business purpose and objectives.
