Tasks

-Program Support: Being a technical expert, offer critical support for key projects, including solving elusive problems and complex DfSS applications based on leadership demand. Resolve key issues and provide problem-solving expertise in urgent situations across globe. -Collaboration: Collaborate with DfSS council members represented by various businesses to improve DfSS practices and processes for training & certifications -Work & interact with global cross-functional and cross-cultural team. -Expert Guidance: Provide DfSS expertise and guidance to engineering leadership across Eaton businesses and to the engineering communities. Drive DfSS community collaboration and knowledge sharing sessions. -Knowledge Management: Own and lead the DfSS body of knowledge, including case studies of successful & novel DfSS applications on Eaton projects and links to external resources. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions across enterprise to share best practices & periodically update training material based on best case studies -Training: Develop and continuously improve training materials and approaches to drive consistency in DfSS certifications globally. He/She will be responsible to leverage AI in impovising DfSS process, tools & method. Provide certification training to Black Belts in different regions with standard training material -Metrics and Reporting: Develop, implement, and report on DfSS deployment and effectiveness metrics through dashboards. Execute initiatives to improve DfSS deployment by leveraging the Black Belt community. "

What You Bring

-12+ years of Industry experience " -Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex processes -User experience of tools like Minitab or equivalent for statistics -Familiarity with Robust Design and Lean Six Sigma principles" -Collaboration: Skilled in building partnerships across different functions and regions -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, audiences based communication" -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Black Belt Certification in Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) -Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams -Hands on experience on Statistics, Design of Experiments and Design optimization -Background in engineering, manufacturing -Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate to customers and suppliers -Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate technical expertise in niche skills like Statistics, Design of Experiments, Design optimization and be a go to person across enterprise -Proven leadership and mentoring skills -Leadership: Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment -DFSS Black Belt with extensive experience in DFSS methodologies application in program execution
