Paint and decorate residential properties, handling interiors, exteriors, and maintenance.

Tasks
-Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle to a high standard -Preparing and painting internal surfaces including walls, ceilings, doors, and woodwork -Completing job records and documentation accurately and on time -Supporting void property refurbishments and reactive maintenance tasks -Carrying out external painting at height using ladders, including fascia boards and soffits -Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations -Communicating professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues -Applying emulsion, gloss, and specialist finishes with care and accuracy -Conducting snagging and touch-up work following other trades

What You Bring
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Working flexibly to meet deadlines and service expectations -Experience in Damp & Mould treatments -Ability to work at height and use ladders safely -Proven experience in painting and decorating, including wallpapering -Good communication and customer service skills -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality -Full UK driving license -Basic understanding of health and safety practices -Experience in the above duties -Own hand tools required -Wallpapering and decorative detailing where required
