- Interpret blueprints, plans, and work orders with accuracy and confidence
- Communicate with homeowners and project managers to keep everyone informed
- Manage materials, deliveries, subcontractor coordination, and schedules on active job sites
- Document progress through daily logs, jobsite notes, and material tracking
- Uphold and enforce job site safety standards, organization, and cleanliness
- Serve as a trainer and mentor-growing the team's skills and accountability over time
- Perform expert-level rough and finish carpentry-from framing and roof cut-ins to custom trim and detailing
- Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, apprentices, laborers, and subcontractors

- $30.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience and skill level)
