Tasks

-Always maintain safety standards. -Prepare operational reports. -Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes. -Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details. -Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks. -Update job-related knowledge or skills. -Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent required. -Must possess hand tools and power tools to execute job duties. -Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts. -Must be willing to operate a company vehicle. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe. -A Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report. -1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes. -Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Must be self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability. -Physical dexterity. -Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
