Tasks

-Monitor and maintain the Training inbox and calendars, ensuring timely responses to all enquiries. -Organise training logistics such as venues, catering, room setup and equipment. -Schedule and coordinate training programs, including communication with trainers and participants. -Verify employee competencies such as tickets, licences and qualifications, ensuring accurate recording in 3DS. -Upload VOC documentation and monitor expiring licences/tickets, notifying personnel as needed. -Coordinate Project Inductions, ensuring rooms, materials and equipment are prepared. -Provide professional administrative support to the Training & Development function. -Respond to daily training requests and direct enquiries to the relevant team members. -Prepare reports from training databases and provide insights where required. -Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets and competency data.

What You Bring

-Experience in a training administration or coordination role within a construction environment (preferred). -Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. -High attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information. -Proven ability to engage and communicate with RTOs to support training delivery and compliance. -Understanding of industry training frameworks (e.g. White Card, High Risk Work Licences). -Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and training/onboarding systems. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders. -Certificate III in Business/Business Administration (or willingness to complete).
