Tasks

-Leading and directing the Quality Completions team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success. -Coordinating, defining, and executing completions requirements between project teams, including project controls, engineering, craft, client, and quality. -Collaborating cross-functionally with project teams to coordinate completions activities, including piping test packages, quality inspections, preservations, engineering data, and any other items related to project completions. -Ensuring that all completions-related contractual requirements are reviewed and understood, and that project stakeholders are kept informed of progress and updates.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly organized. -Experience with completions database management and utilization. -60% - 75% travel required for this position. -Substantial experience in Industrial Construction, including Construction and commissioning knowledge. -Strong decision-making abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and come up with solutions on the fly. -Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with others and lead a team. -Proven completions management experience.
