The Role

Overview

Admin assistant verifying attendance, overtime, CCTV monitoring, and reporting.

Tasks

-Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T verification for audit and payroll processing. -Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records. -To ensure accurate verification of staff attendance and overtime claims, and to monitor workplace activity to support operational integrity and compliance -Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/ misconduct. -Generate and analyze timely and accurate reporting. -Report inconsistency/violation to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating the findings to the senior management as needed for further review and action. -Verify daily biometric daily attendance record. -Monitor staff work behavior and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance. -Cross checking overtime claims with the actual attendance record, the approved overtime (O.T) projection list and via the CCTV footage.

What You Bring

-Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource -High level of integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information -Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred. -Strong attention to detail and analytical skills -Communication and coordination abilities -Management or a related field is preferred. -Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage. -Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple verification tasks.

Benefits

Working hours Salary: $3000/ month -There is a company bus departing near Clementi MRT station at 8.10am to bring staff to the office and a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening -5 days work week
