Tasks

-Manage labor crews -Participate in weekly toolbox talks -Prepare equipment for use -Assist carpenters with various tasks -Material Handling- Handle materials in a safe manner -Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned, accounted for, and maintained

What You Bring

-Use proper lifting techniques -The ability to work irregular hours including weekends when necessary -Willingness to commute within a 125-mile radius of Cincinnati -The ability to exert oneself physically over long periods of time without getting winded or out of breath -The ability to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time -Knowledge of hand float tool -Understanding of budget and productivity requirements -Heavy demo experience -Valid driver's license -Knowledge of general contracting -The ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without giving out or fatiguing -Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices on a construction site -Knowledge of power tools -General knowledge of tools and equipment -PPE provided -Ability to successfully pass a drug screening -Ability to conduct trainings and mentor
