Tasks
-Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions. -Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and optimize AI-driven solutions, leveraging advanced analytics and automation tools to enhance business processes and drive innovation within the organization. -Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy. -Provide input on processes, procedures, or new approaches. -Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. -Solicit, develop, document, and manage requirements and provide detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control. -Develop detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates. -Ensure that documentation is updated when change requests are approved for the project. -In upgrades, monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated leadership experience. Able to execute with the highest degree of integrity and accountability. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information System, Management Information Systems, Computer/ Information Science, or a related field. -Self-motivated individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement through the use of analytical problem-solving skills. -Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives. -Must be willing to rotate work assignments, projects, and teams every 6-12 months throughout the program. Relocation for a minimum of one rotation may be required. -This hybrid role will begin in either New Britain, CT or Towson, MD. -Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business beginning with the shop floor and ending with senior management. -Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Access and other applications included in the Microsoft Office Suite. -Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies, and practices of a professional/technical field. -Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. -Basic knowledge of system development methodology, project management system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
