Tasks

-Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of steel frame and industrial projects -Ensure compliance with company and client procedures and standards -Work collaboratively with site and project teams to drive value and efficiency -Prepare cost plans, valuations, and final accounts -Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting to senior management -Procure and manage subcontractor packages

What You Bring

-Excellent commercial, contractual, and communication skills -Minimum 3-5 years' experience within a main contracting environment -Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional -Strong background in industrial or steel frame construction preferred -Degree-qualified (BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
