Tasks

-Assist with field implementation. -Track task schedules, budgets, and invoicing. -Support training and growth of junior staff. -Oversee data collection and reduction. -Supervise and coordinate field staff and activities. -Develop work plans and protocols. -Collaborate with senior leadership to build consulting and leadership skills. -Ensure compliance with company and client standards. -Interpret findings and prepare technical reports with remediation recommendations.

What You Bring

-Skill in interpreting hydrogeologic data. -Familiarity with technical protocols and regulatory standards. -Strong analytical and data evaluation skills. -Strong background in site investigation, remediation, and task management. -Experience with the Illinois Site Remediation Program (SRP) is preferred. -Effective written and verbal communication. -Solid project and task management capabilities. -Professional Geologist (P.G.) or P.E. license is a plus. -Willingness to mentor and support junior staff through hands-on technical guidance. -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline. -Experience leading Site and Remedial Investigation field activities. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting. -Ability to design and manage field programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
