What You Bring

-Experience within a construction background with knowledge of NHF SOR's (National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates) is essential -HNC in Construction/Quantity Surveying or similar or equivalent experience -You will be a good communicator within the team and contribute to continuous improvement within the team and company -Experience in pricing completed building maintenance works using NHF SORs / Cost Model or first Principles. -Reliable and customer-focused with a can-do attitude, strong IT and analytical skills, excellent numeracy, and a keen eye for accuracy and detail
