Tasks

-Process Payroll Biweekly for 200 employees -Collaborate with managers to ensure timely payroll submission -Prepare workers compensation reports by market -Enforce company culture, values, and policies -Assist with employee engagement initiatives -Complete offboarding processes for departing employees -Daily review and correction of timecards (CX, Engineering, Admin) -Ensure accurate processing of payroll deductions (taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, etc.) -Maintain employee files, including collection and organization of new hire paperwork -Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies -Prepare internal reports for payroll cost analysis -Maintain payroll-related documentation and records -Coordinator with HR team for employees currently on FMLA and LOA for timecard and payroll tracking purposes. -Coordinate onboarding and enter new hires into ADP -Assist with payroll audits and year-end reporting -Assist in benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations -Maintain a high level of confidentiality

What You Bring

As an ADP Payroll & HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in both payroll processing and day-to-day HR operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. -Comfortable interacting with internal and external contacts at all levels -Bilingual speaking (Spanish preferred but will accept other languages) -Experience compiling census data and preparing 5500 and 401K reports -Experience with ADP payroll is required, multi-state experience a plus -Ability to exercise independent judgment and prioritize workload -Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, large data sets) with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word -Detail-oriented and self-motivated -Strong problem-solving and collaboration -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
