Overview
Admin support for construction project teams: office setup, reports, and documentation.

Tasks
-Handles multiple tasks and projects at once and meets deadlines -Creates and updates Miss Utilities tickets per project management team requests and vault -Reports meter readings to equipment management department every Monday by 3 p.m.(East) -Scans files and sends weekly safety toolbox meetings to the safety department -Prepares recaps for the superintendents to review and makes necessary adjustments -Receives and Scans ALL vendor delivery tickets for the project and file in project files (electronically); distributes a copy to Owners if required -Assists with onboarding new hires -Enters payroll, equipment, and BCI production from Foreman’s Daily Reports and files electronically into the project files (daily) -Reviews Foreman’s Daily Reports for accuracy -Reviews and processes incoming invoices for quantity and pricing accuracy and attaches delivery tickets to the invoices (electronically) when processing invoices -Submits required project specific safety items to safety department -Transmits expense and per diem reports to the payroll department -Orders office supplies for jobsites -Contacts vendors in the event invoices do not agree with tickets or purchase order pricing -Receives and scan all equipment/vehicles receipts to the equipment management department -Issues field purchase orders as required and routes for approval -Assists the Project Management Team in opening and closing job site offices and job sites -Reviews vacation/sick leave spreadsheet for accurate accounting of leave

What You Bring
-High School degree required, Associate’s degree in Business preferred -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Strong initiative, ownership, and teamwork skills -2 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry -VDOT trainee reporting as required -Ability to work independently -Proficient in Microsoft office products (Excel, Word and Power Point -Detail oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills -Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume environment
