Tasks

-Create service requests and ensure timely information flow to technicians -Schedule service work, match technician skills to job needs, and manage daily work progress -Support the day-to-day operations of the Dispatch department -Serve as the primary contact for customers and technicians -Assist with contract scheduling, outstanding service finalization, and administrative tasks (POs, reporting, data entry) -As a part of the call center for the company, Dispatchers are responsible for answering inbound calls

What You Bring

-Proficiency with MS Outlook (scheduling/emailing) -1+ year of experience in a high-volume office and customer service environment -Strong customer service mindset with a professional, positive attitude -High school diploma or GED -Experience in construction, call centers, or Salesforce -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Critical thinking and time management skills
