The Role

Overview

Provide customer service, process orders/quotes, source HVAC parts, maintain inventory.

Tasks

-Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; -Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; -Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests; -Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment; -Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; -Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; -Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner; -Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; -Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication;

What You Bring

-Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset); -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; -Professional phone manner and customer service skills; -Ability to work under pressure unsupervised; -Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed; -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; -Good sales abilities and persuasiveness; -Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset); -Strong work ethic and positive team attitude; -Problem solving abilities; -Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation; -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); -Post-secondary education (an asset);
