Tasks

-Facilitate coordination meetings and model reviews with design and construction teams. -Develop and oversee company-wide BIM standards, execution plans, and workflows. -Drive digital innovation, recommending improvements to tools and processes. -Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration and clash detection. -Promote best practices for model collaboration, coordination, and data management. -Supervise BIM model development and quality control checks. -Ensure BIM deliverables meet project, client, and regulatory requirements. -Manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance. -Implement and maintain BIM processes across design and construction phases. -Train and mentor design and construction teams in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Dynamo). -Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related communication with clients, consultants, and contractors. -Collaborate with IT teams on software licenses, updates, and hardware requirements. -Provide guidance on model setup, data structures, and LOD (Level of Detail) standards. -Provide technical support for BIM software and plugins. -Support project managers and discipline leads with BIM-related planning and reporting. -Ensure clear documentation of BIM procedures, standards, and workflows. -Manage model data exchange, interoperability, and version control. -Maintain templates, libraries, and project-specific content in BIM platforms.

What You Bring

-Over 10 years of experience in BIM coordination or management. -Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards or similar BIM frameworks. -Certification in BIM Management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BRE, or buildingSMART). -Experience in developing and enforcing BIM protocols for large-scale projects. -Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs / Trimble Connect. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. -Knowledge of 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) BIM workflows. -Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software. -Strong understanding of design and construction processes. -Experience with automation tools (Dynamo, Python scripting, Grasshopper). -Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
